CSGORoll Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("Player" or "User") and CSGORoll ("Platform", "We", "Company") with respect to your use of all services, games, and features offered through the CSGORoll website and mobile application.

By accessing the CSGORoll website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, cricket T20, badminton), casino games (blackjack, roulette, jackpot), lottery, and e-sports — you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read together with CSGORoll's Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which together form the comprehensive agreement between you and CSGORoll. 2. Platform Eligibility

CSGORoll reserves the right to decline registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where information provided is found to be inaccurate or where there are indicators of fraudulent activity or abuse.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your CSGORoll account. This includes all bets placed, financial transactions processed, and communications sent through the account — whether carried out by you directly or by anyone else who accessed your account due to your negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

CSGORoll processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer / QR: DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, HLB Connect, and other supported Malaysian banks)

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though limits may apply depending on the payment method or account profile. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per request. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24 business hours. CSGORoll reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5. Betting & Game Rules

All bets placed on CSGORoll — including sports bets on Malaysia Super League football, the EPL, T20 and ODI cricket, BWF badminton, esports, and casino games such as blackjack and roulette — are subject to the following rules:

• Final Bets: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player. CSGORoll is not responsible for any errors in confirmed bet selections.
• Odds Payout: Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds at the time the match is in progress (except for live betting processed in real time).
• Match Results: CSGORoll abides by the official rulings of the relevant sports governing bodies. Should an official result change after a payout has been made, CSGORoll reserves the right to adjust the payout in accordance with the newly confirmed result.
• Postponed / Cancelled Matches: Bets placed on matches that are fully cancelled will be refunded in full to the player's account. Postponed matches that resume within 48 hours will be considered valid.
• Incorrectly Listed Odds: CSGORoll reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error. Affected players will be notified and their funds fully refunded.

For live casino games such as blackjack and roulette, game outcomes are final once the round is complete. Any disputes relating to casino games must be submitted to CSGORoll customer support within 72 hours of the round in question.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

• Identity Fraud: Registering using a false identity or another person's personal details without their consent is a serious offence.
• Hacking & System Exploitation: Any attempt to hack, exploit bugs, or manipulate CSGORoll's systems in an unauthorised manner is strictly prohibited.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, CSGORoll reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance after deducting any valid liabilities. If the account is closed for a reason other than a breach — such as at the player's own request or through self-exclusion — any valid balance will be returned to the player once processing is complete.

CSGORoll is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, odds inaccuracies caused by system errors, or any events beyond our control (force majeure) that affect platform operations.

CSGORoll's maximum liability to any player in connection with any claim or related series of claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

CSGORoll reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in response to operational needs, legal changes, or platform improvements.
